Tenant Improvement Construction Superintendent

As a Tenant Improvement Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and renovation of tenant spaces within commercial buildings. You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Description

• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities for tenant improvement projects.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in tenant improvement or commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training is preferred.
