Description

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on active healthcare construction sites

• Coordinate subcontractors, ensure schedule adherence, and manage site logistics

• Maintain rigorous safety and cleanliness standards, especially in occupied facilities

• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and hospital stakeholders

• Lead quality control, inspections, and punch list completion to ensure compliance with DOH and facility regulations

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on healthcare or hospital projects in NYC

• Strong knowledge of infection control procedures, ICRA protocols, and DOH compliance

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to navigate active and occupied environments with professionalism

• OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety or healthcare-specific credentials a plus
