Construction Healthcare Superintendent | Mnanhattan, NY
An experienced Superintendent is needed to oversee healthcare interior renovations and ground-up projects across New York City. This is a high-impact role for a construction leader who thrives in fast-paced, occupied environments with strict safety and compliance standards.

Known for delivering complex hospital renovations, outpatient facilities, and ground-up medical centers, the firm maintains long-standing partnerships with top healthcare networks and values precision, communication, and safety on every project.
Description
Oversee day-to-day field operations on active healthcare construction sites
Coordinate subcontractors, ensure schedule adherence, and manage site logistics
Maintain rigorous safety and cleanliness standards, especially in occupied facilities
Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and hospital stakeholders
Lead quality control, inspections, and punch list completion to ensure compliance with DOH and facility regulations
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on healthcare or hospital projects in NYC
Strong knowledge of infection control procedures, ICRA protocols, and DOH compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to navigate active and occupied environments with professionalism
OSHA 30 certification required; additional safety or healthcare-specific credentials a plus
