Description

• Oversee all phases of project from initial planning to completion
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain strict adherence to construction quality standards
• Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and community
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Direct and lead workers engaged in construction activities
• Identify potential construction process bottlenecks and devise solutions
