Description

In this role, the Senior Engineer will be responsible for the following day-to-day duties:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions and software applications.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliverables.
• Perform detailed technical analysis and hands-on coding.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and company guidelines in all engineering solutions.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior engineers on the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in engineering.

Profile

A successful Senior Engineer should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in design, development, and project management.
• Strong knowledge of the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in using various engineering software and tools.
