Quality Engineer

Description

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product defects.
• Perform regular audits to assess and improve quality control systems.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of quality documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• A strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
• Experience in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
