Quality Engineer
This role supports product reliability and compliance by developing and maintaining quality control systems, performing inspections and audits, and ensuring processes meet internal, customer, and regulatory standards. It also drives root‑cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous‑improvement initiatives while collaborating closely with engineering, production, suppliers, and customers.

Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product defects.
- Perform regular audits to assess and improve quality control systems.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of quality documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
Profile
A successful Quality Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- A strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Experience in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying and addressing quality issues.
