Construction Project Manager

Great opportunity for an experienced Construction Project Manager who wants to join a growing commercial construction company with projects throughout the tri-state area.

Our client is a leader in the commercial construction industry serving commercial markets for over 30 years. With services that include Construction Management, General Contracting, and Design Build.

Description

• Establishes project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
• Work with supers and foremen to discuss such matters as work procedures and construction issues
• Prepare look ahead schedules for all trades
• Monitor all schedules and budgets for project
• Represents company in all project meetings, attends strategy meetings and conducts weekly trade coordination meetings
• Works with project team to manage financial aspects of contract

Profile

• 6+ year's project management experience in general contracting industry
• Capable of working with tight deadlines and excellent time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Proficiency with computers: Microsoft Office; knowledge of Microsoft Projects is preferred and Procore is a plus
