Description
This Engineering Program Manager will be:
- Leading end‑to‑end program management for chemical, metallurgical, and electroplating initiatives
- Overseeing customer‑facing program execution and ensuring requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met
- Managing cross‑functional engineering teams and setting direction and priorities
- Driving development of new products and processes from early optimization through scale‑up and launch
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks related to materials, plating, corrosion, and surface performance
- Collaborating with R&D and Operations to support process transfer and production readiness
- Maintaining documentation, dashboards, and technical reports to guide decisions and communication
- Championing continuous improvement in process capability, reliability, and program execution
Profile
A Successful Engineering Program Manager will have:
- BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials/Metallurgical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with metal finishing, electroplating chemistry, corrosion, and surface treatments
- Proven success managing technical programs and cross‑functional engineering teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience translating complex technical issues into program actions
