Description

This Engineering Program Manager will be:

  • Leading end‑to‑end program management for chemical, metallurgical, and electroplating initiatives
  • Overseeing customer‑facing program execution and ensuring requirements, timelines, and quality standards are met
  • Managing cross‑functional engineering teams and setting direction and priorities
  • Driving development of new products and processes from early optimization through scale‑up and launch
  • Identifying and mitigating technical risks related to materials, plating, corrosion, and surface performance
  • Collaborating with R&D and Operations to support process transfer and production readiness
  • Maintaining documentation, dashboards, and technical reports to guide decisions and communication
  • Championing continuous improvement in process capability, reliability, and program execution

Profile

A Successful Engineering Program Manager will have:

  • BS or MS in Chemical Engineering, Materials/Metallurgical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with metal finishing, electroplating chemistry, corrosion, and surface treatments
  • Proven success managing technical programs and cross‑functional engineering teams
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience translating complex technical issues into program actions
