Description

• Plan, execute, and oversee commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, change orders, and financial reporting to meet profit goals
• Develop and maintain master schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
• Lead contract administration, including subcontractor procurement, scopes, and compliance
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, drawings, specifications, and local building codes
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues related to safety, schedule, and constructability
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to align expectations
• Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning, warranties, and final documentation

Profile

• 5+ years of experience leading commercial or multifamily construction projects
• Track record of leading projects valued at $10M+
• Familiarity with estimating and preconstruction concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be key point of contact for clients
