Description
- Plan, execute, and oversee commercial and multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage project budgets, cost controls, change orders, and financial reporting to meet profit goals
- Develop and maintain master schedules, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
- Lead contract administration, including subcontractor procurement, scopes, and compliance
- Ensure projects meet quality standards, drawings, specifications, and local building codes
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues related to safety, schedule, and constructability
- Communicate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to align expectations
- Oversee project closeout, including punch lists, commissioning, warranties, and final documentation
Profile
- 5+ years of experience leading commercial or multifamily construction projects
- Track record of leading projects valued at $10M+
- Familiarity with estimating and preconstruction concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be key point of contact for clients
