Plant Controller

We're looking for a dedicated Plant Controller with expertise in cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. This role will be key in maintaining financial control over the plant and companies operations and ensuring accounting compliance.

Description

• As the Plant Controller you will oversee the corporate accounting and the plant's financial operations.
• Oversee and manage the corporate accounting team.
• Deliver month end close in a timely manner; including analysis
• Implement cost accounting practices and analyze manufacturing costs.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting systems using MS Dynamics
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all financial data
• Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations

Profile

A successful Plant Controller should have:

• Proficiency in MS Dynamics, or a similar ERP system
• Experience with cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent core accounting experience at a r Manager or Controller level
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A results-driven mindset and strong analytical skills
• This role is on site and based in Los Angeles (mid city)
