Description

• Serve as the lead superintendent on a $400M ground-up high school project

• Oversee all field operations from mobilization through closeout

• Coordinate with project teams, owners, architects, and subcontractors

• Maintain daily site safety, scheduling, quality control, and documentation

• Ensure work is progressing in accordance with contract documents and timelines

• Report directly to the Director of Operations and manage all site superintendents and field staff

Profile

• 15+ years of field leadership experience on large-scale construction projects

• Successfully led multiple projects valued at $200M+

• Background in higher ed, healthcare, life sciences, or commercial ground-up builds

• Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

• Exceptional communication, scheduling, and team coordination skills

• Safety-first mindset with a hands-on leadership style

Job Offer
