An established and highly respected construction management firm is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead a $400M ground-up high school project in Stamford. This is a career-defining opportunity to drive a high-profile project from day one with long-term growth potential.

Description
Serve as the lead superintendent on a $400M ground-up high school project
Oversee all field operations from mobilization through closeout
Coordinate with project teams, owners, architects, and subcontractors
Maintain daily site safety, scheduling, quality control, and documentation
Ensure work is progressing in accordance with contract documents and timelines
Report directly to the Director of Operations and manage all site superintendents and field staff
Profile
15+ years of field leadership experience on large-scale construction projects
Successfully led multiple projects valued at $200M+
Background in higher ed, healthcare, life sciences, or commercial ground-up builds
Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Exceptional communication, scheduling, and team coordination skills
Safety-first mindset with a hands-on leadership style
Job Offer
Base salary up to $240,000
