• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular site visits to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Proactively address and resolve project challenges and stakeholder concerns.

Profile

• 10+ years of project management experience in luxury commercial construction.
• Proven success managing high-end office, retail, or hospitality developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
