Our client is a FL- based and nationally recognized general contractor seeking a Project Manager with commercial experience to join their growing team.

Description
- Oversee and manage all phases of luxury commercial projects, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Conduct regular site visits to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Proactively address and resolve project challenges and stakeholder concerns.
Profile
- 10+ years of project management experience in luxury commercial construction.
- Proven success managing high-end office, retail, or hospitality developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
