Assistant Project Manager- Luxury Homes
Join a high-end general contractor in Miami as an Assistant Project Manager supporting the delivery of luxury custom homes. This is a great opportunity for a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to work alongside seasoned project leaders on some of the most prestigious residential builds in South Florida.

Known for their attention to detail, high design standards, and commitment to excellence, they have a strong portfolio of custom-built residences in some of the city's most desirable neighborhoods. The company values a collaborative culture and is rapidly growing its operations across South Florida.
Description
Support the Project Manager in all phases of construction, from pre-construction through to closeout
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Help maintain communication between architects, engineers, designers, and field teams
Monitor project progress and help resolve issues to keep timelines on track
Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily/weekly reports
Ensure high standards of quality control and site safety
Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and vendors as needed
Profile
2+ years of experience in residential construction, preferably luxury custom homes
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)
Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area
