Assistant Project Manager- Commercial Construction

Description

• Assist in managing healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

• Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.

• Help oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.

• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and support problem-solving efforts.

• Participate in client meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Profile

• 1-4 years of construction experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare projects (not required but a plus).

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is a plus.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Eager to learn, grow, and develop into a Project Manager role.
