Assistant Project Manager- Commercial Construction
An established general contractor specializing in healthcare projects across Miami is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of construction projects. This role offers hands-on experience in project management, coordination, and client interaction, providing a strong foundation for career growth.

Description
Assist in managing healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Help oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols.
Maintain project documentation, track progress, and support problem-solving efforts.
Participate in client meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Profile
1-4 years of construction experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare projects (not required but a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Eager to learn, grow, and develop into a Project Manager role.
