Description

• Support the Project Manager in all phases of construction, from pre-construction through to closeout

• Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination

• Help maintain communication between architects, engineers, designers, and field teams

• Monitor project progress and help resolve issues to keep timelines on track

• Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily/weekly reports

• Ensure high standards of quality control and site safety

• Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and vendors as needed

Profile

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction, preferably luxury custom homes

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required)

• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area
