A well-established general contractor who is known for DSA and Public Work projects across California. This role is based in Orange County to serve there local projects.
Description
- Lead and manage all on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with project management, inspectors, and stakeholders on DSA and Public Work compliance.
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation for DSA approval and regulatory compliance.
- Mentor and guide field teams to foster a collaborative and safety-focused culture.
Profile
- Experience in DSA and Public Work projects.
- Proven track record managing K-12, higher education, or municipal projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
