Assistant Controller - Product Controller - Derivatives

Join the Finance team in a Product Control function to support the derivatives and lending desk.

Client Details

Bitcoin Financial Services company located in midtown Manhattan. The role is 5 days/week on-site.

Description

• Daily production of balance sheet reconciliation
• Revenue reporting
• Monitor key controls
• Identify and resolve balance sheet breaks between general ledger and sub-ledger systems
• Develop daily and monthly reporting analytics and commentary
• Explain P&L changes
• Provide account certification of general ledger balances

Profile

• CPA required
• 2 years of public accounting experience
• Minimum 2 years of relevant derivative or lending desk experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong accounting knowledge within banking
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
