Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Allston, MA
I'm partnered with a growing, well‑respected construction management firm seeking a Mid‑Level to Senior Project Manager to support a major multifamily pipeline in the Greater Boston area. This PM will take ownership of a high‑profile multifamily development in Allston, MA while mentoring a small team and playing a key role in the company's continued growth.

My client is an established construction management firm with over 20 years of experience delivering high‑quality projects throughout Greater Boston. The company has experienced consistent, strategic growth-$40M in revenue in 2024, projecting $70M in 2026, with a long‑term goal of $150M annually. Known for repeat clients, strong leadership, and a supportive team culture, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business at a pivotal growth stage.
Description
- Manage ground‑up and renovation multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee multiple scopes while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Lead and mentor a small team of APMs and coordinate closely with Superintendents
- Work collaboratively with ownership, clients, design teams, and subcontractors
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost reporting using Procore
- Review drawings and documentation using Bluebeam
- Adapt to shifting priorities across a growing multifamily pipeline

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Multifamily Construction should have:
- Experience as a true Project Manager
- Strong background in multifamily construction (commercial experience also considered)
- Ability to manage a solid workload across active projects
- Prior experience mentoring or managing junior staff
- Strong grasp of core project management fundamentals
- Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam
- Organized, adaptable, and confident working in a growing environment
Job Offer
- Base salary up to $160K+ for a strong PM
- 401(k) with 4% match after 3 months
