Manufacturing Engineer- CNC- West Boylston, MA
The Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Director of Operations and be a key player in the hands on development of their manufacturing process with ongoing and new projects.
Client Details
The manufacturing organization is seeking a key manufacturing engineer to assist with their development through a diverse machining background. The organization focuses in the development of plastic medical device products. We have seen an incredible amount of growth in the plastics space over the last 10 months and see 2025 as potentially one of most successful years in the space in the last decade.
Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:
- Develop new CNC programs
- Maintain project time-line
- Optimize CNC machining processes with new product development
- Test and troubleshoot throughout project development
Profile
The successful Manufacturing Engineer will have what follows:
- 3+ years in machining or manufacturing environment
- No degree is required for this role
- CNC experience is a MUST
