Data Entry Clerk

As our Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.

A leading global manufacturer specializing in advanced composite materials and structural parts, catering primarily to the aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.

Description

• Input data from various sources into a master program with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Extract and convert information from scanned PDF documents (such as training rosters) into an Excel spreadsheet template.
• Upload the transcribed data into the Learning Management System.
• Create courses and associate them with the relevant information.
• Ensure data consistency and maintain organized records throughout the process.
• Candidate must be reliable as you will be responsible for inputting data and making changes to existing data in database
• Create spreadsheets to track important client information and orders

Profile

• Basic computer skills with proficiency in data entry and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Experience with PDF documents and digital document conversion is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable attendance and ability to meet deadlines.
