Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Ground-Up
Project manager role for a general contracting firm, located in the Greater St. Louis area. In this position you'll be responsible for communicating and collaborating well with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and superintendents. The successful individual will have extensive construction knowledge and can find new ways to approach projects.

My client is an established, growing general contracting firm averaging $25M in annual revenue in the Greater St. Louis area. They are a fast growing company, with plans implemented to continue on this upward trajectory. They predominantly focus on projects in the commercial and residential spaces, with about 80% of their projects being design/build (have an in-house design team). Description
- Coordinate and effectively communicate with on-site and project management team.
- Responsible for project operations while working closely with owners and internal/external teams.
- Establish and foster relationships with clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Creates and reviews project schedules.
- Occasionally visit job site as needed.
- Plan and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures.
- Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery.
- Oversee project operations from preconstruction phase through closeout.
- Estimate and develop project budgets & changes.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree required (construction related degree is a plus)
- 5+ years of construction experience
- Strong understanding of construction/project management is a must
- Commercial construction experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Hard working, collaborative attitude
- Eager to learn & try new ways to approach projects
