Description

The Assistant Project Manager - OPM - Life Sciences will:

• Assist in managing all phases of construction projects within the life sciences sector, from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, reports, and proposals.
• Support in resolving any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and quality control.
• Communicate project updates to clients and internal teams effectively.
