Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

A well-known GC in Miami is seeking a skilled Superintendent with strong experience managing ground-up multifamily projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in coordinating field operations on high-density residential builds.

Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to final punch

• Ensure daily progress aligns with project schedule, safety standards, and specifications

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow

• Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues proactively

• Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and manpower planning

• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes

• Report progress to the project manager and participate in weekly coordination meetings

Profile

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in ground-up multifamily projects

• Proven ability to manage high-rise, mid-rise, or garden-style residential builds

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

• Knowledge of local building codes and construction regulations in Miami-Dade County

• Proficient in construction software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar

• OSHA 30 certification preferred
