Jr Legal Recruiter
Seeking a Junior Legal Recruiter to support a fast-paced legal hiring team in New York City. This temporary role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with experience in legal recruiting or talent acquisition. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment and is comfortable working extended hours to meet hiring deadlines.

Headquartered in New York, it has a strong international presence, offering clients deep industry expertise and a commitment to excellence in legal services.
Description
- Assist in full-cycle recruiting for legal positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage candidate pipelines and track progress using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Draft and post job descriptions, review resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Support offer negotiations and onboarding processes as needed.
- Maintain compliance with hiring policies and legal regulations.
Profile
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related field (legal recruiting experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS software.
- Ability to work onsite in NYC four days a week, with one day remote.
- Willingness to work 10-15 hours of overtime per week as needed.
