Maintenace Manager | Food Manufacturing

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee maintenance operations at a Food Manufacturer. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to ensure optimal functionality of equipment and facilities in Montebello.

Description

• Supervise and manage all maintenance activities to ensure smooth operation of equipment and facilities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Lead and mentor the maintenance team to achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance schedules.
• Monitor and manage the maintenance budget effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.
• Handle troubleshooting and repairs for mechanical, electrical, and facility systems.
• Oversee procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment as needed.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Manager should have:

• 8+ years of Maintenance experience in the Food & Bev industry.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems within the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Experience in creating and implementing maintenance programs.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
• Understanding of safety and compliance regulations in engineering and manufacturing.
