Assistant Controller
The Assistant Controller will play a key role in overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting financial reporting. This temporary opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and finance.

Description
- Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

Profile
A successful Assistant Controller should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
