Multifamily Construction Project Manager
The Multifamily Construction Project Manager will run Project Management, Construction Management / Owner's Representation services for a variety of market types, including Residential and hospitality. Building and Construction projects will be located throughout San Diego and Carlsbad.

We are a Carlsbad General Contractor that focuses mainly on multifamily and single family homes, as well as the occasional commercial project. We are looking for a Multifamily Construction Project Manager to join our team.

- Project Schedule Development
- Project Reporting
- Meeting Minutes
- RFI Management and Processing
- Submittal Management and Processing
- Budget Development, Analysis & Reporting
- Constructability Analysis
- Technical Issue Resolution
- Project Closeout
- Risk Analysis and Mitigation
- Budget forecasting and tracking
- Material and Equipment Procurement
- Coordination of project mobilization, demobilization and equipment needs
- Relationship development and maintenance with Owner, Subcontractors, and A/E firms
Profile
- Multifamily Construction Project Manager
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience working on ground up commercial construction projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred but not required
- Applicable Project Management Software experience preferred
- Developed thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project success
- Maintains good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors
- Must be a business-oriented person and act professionally when representing the employer at any level
