Description
- Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from planning to closeout.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to align goals and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes and safety standards.
- Resolve project challenges proactively to maintain timelines and client satisfaction.
Profile
You have 10+ years of NYC construction experience with a proven track record in healthcare projects. You are detail-oriented, skilled at managing teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in NYC construction codes, project management software, and stakeholder communication sets you apart.
