Description

Sr Project Manager - Ground Up - Augusta, ME - Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full life cycle of construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion.
• Oversee a Project Manager, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage all aspects of project execution, including design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with subcontractors.
• Ensure that all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with clients and the internal team to ensure design and construction objectives are met.
• Use Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage Timberline for project management and reporting.

• 5-10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in design-build projects.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.

Job Offer

Sr Project Manager - Ground Up - Augusta, ME - Will receive

• $120,000 - $150,000 + performance-based bonus
