Description

• Manage all phases of custom home construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Oversee site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - Custom Homes should have:

• 3 - 5 years as a project manager (leading work from start to finish)
• Proven experience in managing custom home construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
