As the Owners Assistant Project Manager, you will:
- Assist in leading project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Help oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
- Help lead potential business development meetings and proposals
- Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
- Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs
Profile
The ideal candidate will posses:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field preferred
- 3+ years of construction assistant project management experience
- Experience managing clients within Higher Education, Life Sciences and Healthcare or related
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
Job Offer

- Base salary up to $115,000
