Senior Project Manager- Highrise Apartment

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-rise multifamily (apartment) projects in Miami, Florida. This role will oversee all phases of construction, managing large project teams and complex schedules to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget project execution.

Description

• Lead and manage high-rise multifamily projects from preconstruction through final turnover.

• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration.

• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams.

• Coordinate closely with superintendents to ensure proper sequencing and site execution.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, consultants, and design teams.

• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and local building codes.

• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to protect schedule and profitability.

Profile

• 8-15+ years of experience managing high-rise apartment or multifamily construction projects.

• Proven track record delivering large-scale, vertical construction in dense urban environments.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large project teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Deep understanding of high-rise construction methods, logistics, and MEP coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Proficient with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary of $160,000 - $190,000, depending on experience.
