Senior Project Manager- Highrise Apartment
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-rise multifamily (apartment) projects in Miami, Florida. This role will oversee all phases of construction, managing large project teams and complex schedules to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget project execution.

Description
Lead and manage high-rise multifamily projects from preconstruction through final turnover.
Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration.
Manage and mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and field teams.
Coordinate closely with superintendents to ensure proper sequencing and site execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ownership, consultants, and design teams.
Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and local building codes.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to protect schedule and profitability.
Profile
8-15+ years of experience managing high-rise apartment or multifamily construction projects.
Proven track record delivering large-scale, vertical construction in dense urban environments.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large project teams and multiple stakeholders.
Deep understanding of high-rise construction methods, logistics, and MEP coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Proficient with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $160,000 - $190,000, depending on experience.
