Project Manager- Highrise Apartment

The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of high-rise apartment construction projects in Miami, from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, and delivering complex multifamily projects safely and on time.

Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong footprint in South Florida, specializing in high-rise multifamily developments. They are known for delivering large-scale, architecturally complex apartment towers and maintaining long-term relationships with developers and ownership groups.

Description

• Manage high-rise apartment projects from preconstruction through final turnover

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports

• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope coordination

• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure site execution aligns with project goals

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and document control

• Coordinate with ownership, architects, engineers, and local authorities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and Miami-Dade building requirements

Profile

• Proven experience managing high-rise apartment or condominium projects

• Strong background working for a General Contractor on ground-up multifamily construction

• Excellent understanding of structural concrete, MEP coordination, and vertical construction sequencing

• Proficient in construction management software (Procore experience strongly preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility project environment
