Quality Manager
This role leads the site Quality function, with responsibility for quality systems, customer satisfaction, people leadership, and continuous improvement. You'll partner closely with operations, engineering, and supply chain to drive problem‑solving, improve processes, and ensure products consistently meet customer and regulatory expectations.

Description
- Lead and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (QMS) to support business strategy and operational excellence.
- Own nonconformance management, CAPA, and root cause analysis to drive sustainable corrective actions.
- Establish, track, and analyze quality KPIs, using data to drive decisions and improvements.
- Act as the primary quality interface for customers, managing audits, issue resolution, and ongoing relationships.
- Lead internal, customer, supplier, and third‑party audits, ensuring readiness and strong follow‑up.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving tools.
- Partner with Operations and Engineering to improve process capability, reduce variation, and eliminate waste.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Purchasing to drive supplier quality improvements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Quality team while promoting a strong quality mindset across the site.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (ABET‑accredited preferred).
- 6-10 years of experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with ISO‑based quality systems and quality audits.
- Proven background in CAPA, root cause analysis, and structured problem‑solving methodologies (8D, DMAIC, PDCA).
- Experience applying Lean and Six Sigma tools in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across cross‑functional teams.
