Civil Superintendent/Estimator
Seeking a dedicated Civil Superintendent/Estimator ready to take on new challenges in the Property industry. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in Construction and be ready to contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Description
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- Review work progress on a daily basis.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
- Estimate costs and timelines for project delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.

Profile
A successful Civil Superintendent/Estimator should have:
- 10+ years of construction experience in the Civil or Environmental space.
- Proven working experience in construction management.
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
- Competent in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
