Traveling Data Center Superintendent

In this role you will be responsible for working on site at the project to help ensure the job is running smoothly. From managing subs and creating schedules and enforcing a safe work environment, you will also have support from an assistant superintendent and field engineers.

Description

• Manage daily on-site operations of data center construction projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for construction activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a secure work environment.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to provide updates on project status.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Profile

A successful Data Center - Superintendent should have:

• Proven experience in construction, specifically in managing data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
