Description

• Support Project Managers with day‑to‑day execution of large mechanical scopes
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and change management
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and design partners
• Track procurement, schedules, and key project milestones
• Participate in project meetings and client communications
• Support close‑out documentation and handover processes

Profile

For this MEP Assistant Project Manager position, we are seeking:

• Experience with a mechanical or MEP contractor (required)
• Technical degree or hands‑on mechanical background
• Interest in project financials and long‑term PM career growth
• Exposure to large, complex building systems
• No General Contractor or Owner's Representative backgrounds
