Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Industrial - Dover, NH

As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer at this company, you will contribute to the development and improvement of manufacturing processes throughout the facility. Description

Reporting directly into the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Process development and improvement
• Project management
• Documentation, creation of work instructions and procedures
• Mentorship of junior level engineers
• Delivery of technical presentations to management
• Evaluate manufacturing methods, assembly methods, and tooling
• Implementation of Lean principals

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline
• 8-10+ years of experience in the industrial manufacturing space
• Experience developing and improving processes
• Understanding of how to write, read, and interpret engineering drawings
• Experience with project management
• Interest in spending time on manufacturing floor
