Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio to meet financial and operational goals.
• Develop and execute asset management strategies to maximize property performance and value.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.
• Collaborate with property managers and other stakeholders to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to senior leadership.
• Identify opportunities for property improvements, cost-saving measures, and revenue generation.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and other external partners to support property success.

Profile

A successful Asset Manager/Senior should have:

• LIHTC syndications experience
• A strong background in property management or asset management.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting within the property industry.
