Plant Manager

Description

• Oversee daily plant operations to ensure productivity and efficiency in the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and improve performance metrics.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and staff to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to meet retail demand.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders to align on objectives and address challenges.

Profile
