Join a well-established construction company as a Superintendent near Kansas City. Lead and oversee construction projects within the wastewater treatment plant sector, ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish.

Description

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations on water and wastewater treatment plant construction sites.
  • Ensure work is performed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and self-perform crews.
  • Monitor construction schedules and adjust as needed to meet project milestones.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to resolve field issues.
  • Manage site logistics including deliveries, equipment, and workforce planning.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation of site activities.
  • Enforce site safety plans and lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.
  • Interface with owners, municipalities, and regulatory agencies as required.
  • Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for crew guidance.
  • Assist in planning sequencing of construction activities and implementing best practices.

Profile
