Client has been in business for over 10 years and has developed a strong backlog of repeat business.

• Multifamily projects from $50M-$70M
• Typically college housing or conventional multifamily
• 5-6 new projects per year
• Project type varies from concrete work, wood frame, structural steel, etc.
• Projects are based all around the country with a couple days of travel per week at most

Description

• Overseeing the entire process from the development point of view (managing general contractors)
• 1-2 days of travel per week at most
• Keep open and consistent communication with general contractors, peers, and executives
• Overseeing 3rd party general contractor- offering a less complicated work life
• Smart and driven work ethic to keep up with general expectations

Profile

• 12-15 years of management experience with a GC or developer
• Minimum of 2-3 successfully completed multifamily projects
• Willingness to relocate to an area with a headquarters nearby
• Experience with multifamily projects from $50M-$70M
