Construction Manager - Hybrid
Construction developer looking for a dedicated construction manager with 12+ years of management experience. Working on ground up multifamily projects from $50-$70M. Apply now and resume will be reviewed in 24hrs.
Client Details
Client has been in business for over 10 years and has developed a strong backlog of repeat business.
- Multifamily projects from $50M-$70M
- Typically college housing or conventional multifamily
- 5-6 new projects per year
- Project type varies from concrete work, wood frame, structural steel, etc.
- Projects are based all around the country with a couple days of travel per week at most
Description
- Overseeing the entire process from the development point of view (managing general contractors)
- 1-2 days of travel per week at most
- Keep open and consistent communication with general contractors, peers, and executives
- Overseeing 3rd party general contractor- offering a less complicated work life
- Smart and driven work ethic to keep up with general expectations
Profile
- 12-15 years of management experience with a GC or developer
- Minimum of 2-3 successfully completed multifamily projects
- Willingness to relocate to an area with a headquarters nearby
- Experience with multifamily projects from $50M-$70M
