Assistant Project Manager- Multifamily Construction

A reputable general contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the construction of two 25-story high-rise apartment buildings in Hallandale, Florida. Description

• Assist the Project Manager with all phases of project execution, from preconstruction through final delivery.

• Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes.

• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure schedule and budget adherence.

• Participate in jobsite visits and provide support to ensure construction is progressing per design and specifications.

• Track project schedules, assist with procurement, and maintain updated logs and reports.

• Support internal and external communication to ensure alignment between ownership, design, and construction teams.

Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with ground-up high-rise or multifamily projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.).

• Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced project environment.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, based on experience.
