Learning & Development Specialist - $80k - $95k

The Learning and Development Specialist will design and deliver effective training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth. They will collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to assess training needs, develop tailored solutions, and evaluate program effectiveness to support organizational goals. Projects will be around retention, performance management, talet development, and succession planning.

Description

• Design, develop, and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and align initiatives with organizational goals.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to create career development plans and succession strategies.

Profile

• Strong background in instructional design and training delivery, with experience creating engaging, interactive learning materials.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, able to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a passion for employee growth and development, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Job Offer
