Description

The Manufacturing Engineer responsibilites involve developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting product launches, and driving lean improvements for quality and productivity.

The engineer collaborates cross-functionally to help processes, lead root cause analyses, and provide training and support to production teams.

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes for product launches and upgrades.
• Review prints and evaluate designs for manufacturability and cost.
• Lead root cause analysis and apply corrective actions.
• Work with teams to manage equipment changes and resolve issues.
• Train and support production staff to maintain smooth operations.

Profile

The ideal Manufacturing Engineering candidate is an engineer with strong lean manufacturing expertise and a proven track record of process improvement.
