Sales Consultant
Mid sized property organization specializing in asphalt maintenance seeking a Sales Consultant who will sell services into both residential and commercial properties. Candidate will be partnering with HOA's and property management companies.

Our client is a mid-sized organization, renowned within the Property and Construction industry. They are known for their commitment to delivering high-quality paving and coating solutions. They maintain a strong presence across multiple states, employing a diverse and dedicated team of professionals.
Description
- Identifying potential business opportunities and clients in the Property industry.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients.
- Collaborating with the sales team to reach business goals.
- Providing expert advice on paving and coating solutions.
- Assisting in the development of sales strategies and setting sales targets.
- Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
- Preparing sales reports for senior management.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of service delivery.
Profile
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Property industry.
- Experience working with HOA's and Property Management companies.
- Experience within construction or adjacent industry highly preferred.
- A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Not for New York City Applicants.
