Sales Consultant

$70,000 - $85,000/Year

Mid sized property organization specializing in asphalt maintenance seeking a Sales Consultant who will sell services into both residential and commercial properties. Candidate will be partnering with HOA's and property management companies.

Our client is a mid-sized organization, renowned within the Property and Construction industry. They are known for their commitment to delivering high-quality paving and coating solutions. They maintain a strong presence across multiple states, employing a diverse and dedicated team of professionals.

Description

  • Identifying potential business opportunities and clients in the Property industry.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to reach business goals.
  • Providing expert advice on paving and coating solutions.
  • Assisting in the development of sales strategies and setting sales targets.
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows.
  • Preparing sales reports for senior management.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of service delivery.

Profile

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the Property industry.
  • Experience working with HOA's and Property Management companies.
  • Experience within construction or adjacent industry highly preferred.
  • A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Not for New York City Applicants.
