Senior Process Engineer - Aerospace - Ocala, FL
The Senior Process Engineer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes for aerospace and defense components. This role requires expertise in advanced manufacturing techniques, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a highly regulated environment.

Description
This Senior Process Engineer will:
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components and assemblies.
- Develop process documentation, work instructions, and tooling requirements.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100, ITAR, and customer quality standards.
- Collaborate with design engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related problems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Support new product introduction and scale-up activities.

Profile
A successful Senior Process Engineer should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in process engineering within aerospace and defense manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, and defense industry compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and ERP systems.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and advanced machining processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
