Description

As the Commissioning Manager, you will oversee and execute commissioning activities across major base‑building and mission‑critical projects, ensuring systems are tested, documented, and turned over seamlessly.

• Develop, manage, and execute commissioning plans and schedules
• Coordinate with MEP trades, owners, design teams, and internal project teams
• Lead functional testing, QA/QC, and performance verification
• Review submittals, design documents, and commissioning requirements
• Manage deficiency logs and ensure timely corrective actions
• Oversee all commissioning documentation, reports, and turnover packages
• Support site visits, inspections, and walk‑throughs with stakeholders

Profile

You are a proactive, detail‑driven commissioning professional who thrives in fast‑paced construction environments and can expertly coordinate complex systems testing, turnover, and documentation.

• 7+ years of commissioning or MEP systems experience
• Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems in large commercial projects
• Proven success leading commissioning schedules and workflows
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and owners
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Experience with mission‑critical, data center, or warehouse facilities a plus
• Ability to oversee testing, QA/QC, and project turnover processes
