Description

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and multi-axis lathes.
• Interpret customer drawings and specifications to plan machining operations.
• Calculate speeds, feeds, and tolerances; perform trial cuts and adjustments.
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMM, vision systems).
• Apply trigonometric and shop math formulas for complex dimensions.
• Finish components by hand or machine and ensure quality standards.
• Utilize software tools for programming and documentation.

Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
