CNC Mill & Lathe Machinist/Programmer - Burlington, MA
You'll be the go-to expert for CNC programming and machining, handling everything from setup to final inspection. This role offers hands-on work with stainless steel and high-temp alloys, using cutting-edge technology in a clean, modern facility.

Description
Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and multi-axis lathes.
- Interpret customer drawings and specifications to plan machining operations.
- Calculate speeds, feeds, and tolerances; perform trial cuts and adjustments.
- Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, CMM, vision systems).
- Apply trigonometric and shop math formulas for complex dimensions.
- Finish components by hand or machine and ensure quality standards.
- Utilize software tools for programming and documentation.
Profile
Ideal Candidate:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience.
- Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
