Prepares estimates according to the requirements of multiple delivery systems
Reviews quotes and estimates with the project management team
Assists with certain post-bid buyouts.
Initiates and participates in meet and greet presentations with subcontractors and suppliers.

Estimator | Construction
A top ranked general contractor in Minneapolis is searching for an experienced Estimator to join their preconstruction team. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on some of the most interesting projects in the Twin Cities and join a top general contractor in the region. This role will have the opportunity to lead the estimating department and oversee the preconstruction team.

Description

Profile
- BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred
- 8+ years of estimating experience preferred
- Commercial construction estimating experience required
- Experience with conceptual estimating is a plus

- A competitive base salary between $90,000-$130,000 (Depending on Experience)
